Overview

You will manage the planning, procurement and execution of assigned building-construction packages for the Terminal 5 development, serving as the key interface between consultants, contractors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure code and regulatory compliance, quality, reliability, resilience, efficiency and maintainability of mechanical systems.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders and construction implementation so work is delivered safely, within budget and schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least eight years of relevant experience in planning and project management of mechanical building-services systems.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale building or infrastructure construction packages.

• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.

• Excellent coordination, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple building-services packages with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated, driven, assertive and analytical.

• Able to work independently and deliver results with strong project-management skills.

• Good team player who can handle fast-paced projects.
